Description
A creamy green smoothie with banana, vanilla yogurt, and spinach—perfectly sweet and easy to make in minutes.
Ingredients
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 handful fresh spinach
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour almond milk into blender first.
2. Add yogurt and frozen banana.
3. Add half the spinach and blend.
4. Add remaining spinach and blend again until smooth.
5. Drizzle in honey and blend one last time.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes
To avoid leafy chunks, add spinach in two steps.
Optional add-ins: chia seeds, protein powder, or avocado.
Use vanilla extract if using plain yogurt.
