Ingredients

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1 cup warm filtered water (around 175°F)
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Whisk matcha powder into warm water until smooth.
Stir in apple cider vinegar and grated ginger.
Add honey and a pinch of salt.
Mix well and sip slowly.
Notes
Use high-quality matcha for best results.
Add honey only if you want to balance the vinegar’s tang.
