A bright, fruity, homemade Lotus-inspired energy drink with real juice, fizz, and optional natural caffeine—refreshing and quick for any busy day!


Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened sparkling water

1/2 cup natural fruit juice (blueberry, pomegranate, or passionfruit)

12 teaspoons honey or simple syrup (to taste)

Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

Optional: 1 shot brewed green tea or 1/2 tsp matcha powder

Ice cubes

Fresh berries, mint, or citrus slices for garnish


Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
