A bright, fruity, homemade Lotus-inspired energy drink with real juice, fizz, and optional natural caffeine—refreshing and quick for any busy day!
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened sparkling water
1/2 cup natural fruit juice (blueberry, pomegranate, or passionfruit)
1–2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup (to taste)
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Optional: 1 shot brewed green tea or 1/2 tsp matcha powder
Ice cubes
Fresh berries, mint, or citrus slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2. Add fruit juice, honey or syrup, and lemon or lime juice to the glass.
3. Pour in the sparkling water.
4. If desired, stir in green tea or matcha for a caffeine boost.
5. Stir gently to combine and watch the fizz rise.
6. Garnish with fresh berries, mint, or a citrus slice. Enjoy right away!

For caffeine-free: Skip the tea or matcha.
