Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water but don’t boil it.
2. Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice if using.
4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
5. Wait 20–30 minutes before eating breakfast.
Notes
Start with 1/8 teaspoon of salt if you are new to it.
Hydrate well throughout the day.
Use fine ground salt for best mixing.
