Ingredients
Fresh strawberries
Sugar or honey
Whole milk or non-dairy milk
Ceremonial-grade matcha powder
Hot water
Ice
Instructions
1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries. Simmer with sugar or honey until jammy.
2. Mash or blend into smooth puree. Let cool completely.
3. Sift matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk until smooth.
4. Fill glass with ice and milk. Spoon strawberry puree at bottom.
5. Slowly pour matcha over the back of a spoon to create layers.
Notes
Use oat milk for dairy-free creaminess.
Adjust sweetener to taste.
